DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!! Terribly managed and never open due to short staffed. They do not turn on any type of voice... recording so the phone will ring endlessly. Placed a preorder on the app to end up having to show up at the store to find outthey shut the entire location down with no sort of notifications to customers regarding being completely closed. Sign on thedoor said ?temp hours 4p-9p? yet when arriving at 6pm, you would?ve thought they just shut that location down for good. Wellmaybe they should since no one will work & everyone can be routed to the Hoosick Store.. Since they did not turn the phones orordering process off when they closed the store, no one was able to cancel or get money back from orders that were placed andprepaid. Talk about needing to train on basic customer service? ORDER with the Troy Hoosick location, THEY ARE THE REAL MVPS!!!That team is holding it down while Latham is sleeping & loosing business. I paid $ 42 for a burnt, dry and dehydrated pizza, with a bad taste and cold, I hate them, it is the worst pizza I have ever... tasted in my life, I think it will be the last time I will buy in domino?s pizza. If you are looking for a pizzeria, Irecommend looking for another place, any will be better than this. Read more
Went for a pick-up order, ordered an extra cheese pie. When I opened the pie it seems like sauce was poured on top of the... cheese, not resemblant of an extra cheese pie. I got out of my car and went back into the store to let them know, but theresponse given by the man behind the counter was "that looks like extra cheese to me."' .... Read more
Kids love it. App tracking and ordering is easy to use. Usually have my order within 25 minutes at my door. Thanks to the staff... in shop and driver's for a reliable service Delivery charge is the only complaint. Read more
Even though it's a chain this restaurant is run well and kept clean. Always get warm food on delivery when the boys hanging out.... Elite in terms of service and food.
