First off they need to update their Google menu.. I was planning on a the brisket and they don't sell that anymore. Regardless I... ordered a burger somewhat similar to what I wanted. VERY disappointing. I burger was burnt and covered with cheese and sauce tohide it. Didn't work!! The garlic fries were okay.. not great until I got the bottom were all the butter was. The burger waspretty thin and tasted like it came out of a box from McDonald's.. speaking of which I probably could have gotten a betterburger from McDonald's!! I have eaten at several Red Robin's around the country.. this one in Latham, as far as the food wasconcerned was by far the worst. The servers were wonderful. But the food was horrible way below expectations and portion size check out these pictures. Had not been in a while and my granddaughter wanted something special for her birthday. Restaurant was terribly understaffed and... there was a note on the door indicating such. Waited 30 mins for a seat. Our waitress Ashley was very nice and did her best tobe attentive to all of her tables. The experience seemed a bit rushed. Everything did come out timely but felt rushed. Thefondue cheese sauce I ordered for my fries was cold. Didn't get the opportunity to enjoy bottomless sides as the one time onewas ordered never got it until we mentioned it again. The food was delicious as always. If only they could get around having to wait every time we come in, even when it doesn?t look... very busy inside. The endless fries are always something I look forward to, but make sure to bring your appetite! The burgersare absolutely full of deliciousness. We had a great experience tonight. From the service to the food. We were seated right away which was a delightful surprise in a... Friday night. Multiple staff members kept the drinks flowing.
