The workers were very rude. I was waiting over 15 minutes for two small caramel ribbon crunch while they allowed many people... that came in AFTER me get their drink within 1-2 minutes. One worker (female) literally looked at me several times and saw thati was waiting but decided to help another customer that also came after me. She was using her phone when she finished makingdrinks and continue to notice i was still waiting. Another worker (male) was using his bare hands to smush the whip cream ontothe drinks! He rolled his eyes when i was asking why my order was taking so long. It seem as if he did not want to be there.Very racist store . Read more
Let?s be honest not everyday is perfect we go through it all in different ways and experience life on different occasions. But... when it comes to one of your favorite things mine being coffee Starbucks is usually my go to I?ve been to many if not hundredsof different locations all over the place and this one is always the most consistent out of them all, I have no worries whencoming to this location as I know my drinks will be made fresh and the same every time! Now obviously there?s always some offdays with some Drinks as well. But just like life not everyday is perfect u live with it and move on. Great Job Guys :)?????????? Read more
Took forever to get our order because rather than giving us drinks they put the stickers on the cups then threw the cups away... before making the drinks. Also, gave us the wrong beverage. Baraista almost put whole milk in my drink when I asked for almondmilk, thank goodness my spouse was watching! Read more
I love this Starbucks! This Starbucks is the best in the area. The staff is great, really helpful with getting you a drink you... like. They are very kind and will remake your drink if it?s made wrong and do not complain, which I have seen at otherlocations. I?m a huge Starbucks fan - so if you aren?t drinking Mango Dragonfruit Refreshers, go try them! If you like sweetnessinstead of a more tart taste, get them with lemonade instead of water, and make sure to get them from this Starbucks in Latham! Read more

I stopped into this Starbucks for the first time last week after a hair appointment in the area and before a 3+ hour drive. I... was so moved by how sweet the staff were, especially Tanya(? I'm pretty sure that was her name). She was so kind and really madean impression on me. I've never left this kind of review before, so it says a lot. She made my day so much better just by beingfriendly to me and asking me how I was doing, and meaning it. My hot caramel macchiato was also made perfectly, which made theexperience even better. Starbucks at Newton Plaza has been my go-to starbucks to get my coffee since I started attending Siena College. I have never had... a bad experience, up until today. The person who was working Register 1 during the day today (12/5) messed up my coffee ordernot once, but twice. I had to repeat my order (which is not very difficult to comprehend) multiple times the first time around,so there is no reason she screwed it up. For reference, I have ordered this order at multiple different locations, multipletimes and I have never had an issue. By the time I realized the mistake, I had already left and I am not one to go back andpoint out a mistake. However, I had my boyfriend go back on his lunch break to order me the correct drink since I am not a fanof the Brown Sugar & Almond Milk Iced Shaken Espresso. For context, my order is 'Iced Shaken Espresso with Blonde Espresso &Extra Caramel Drizzle'. I typed out that exact order for him to repeat, and he is by no means an incompetent person, so I wasnot worried. When he returned, I tasted the second drink and it was the exact same as the one I had gotten before. The samemistake was made by the same girl, TWICE!!! When sharing my experience to my friends, they knew exactly who took my orderwithout me having to describe her, which means I am not the only one this has happened to. Next time I go in there, I will bementioning this experience to whomever I speak with. To the girl on Register 1 at the Newton Plaza Starbucks, do better. Read more
