We went in today to get cold brew coffees made for us. The 2 women were so rude (2 ladies with glasses) they looked at my... husband and said ?we have a make your own stations? he said he don?t like using that he likes the cold brew out of the jug likeall the other Stewart?s shops he goes to use and not warm Cold brew from the machine at the self serve? They refused to make ourcoffees and forced us to make it ourselves. And we?re very very rude the entire time. That?s not how you treat paying customers,we have our coffees made for us no problem at any other Stewart?s we go to she absolutely refused and was very snippy and rudethe entire time. Read more

Saturday afternoon I went with my mom to get ice coffee and milk, feel like we were discriminated against by one of the... employees because we weren?t speaking English while in line. she started going to the other register and called the familystanding behind me over even though I still needed something else behind the counter and made us wait for another person to comehelp( who was making like 3 milkshakes atm) I got her name but decided not to share because she might be new and it was busy.but this is very unpleasant experience. This is for Bill the store manager one of your employees Madilene I don't know if I spelled that correct well on 1/14/22 at... around 15:00 you had a customer show up with their daughter whom got a coffee, water, and carrots and when the woman with herdaughter went to be rung up she asked for cigarets and Madilene asked for both of their id's where the customer explained thatis her daughter and is a minor and yet to have an id the cigerates are not for her daughter but for herself the mother, youremployee then refused to serve the customer and rudely waked away to the other register refusing to ring out anything for thatlady who wasn't rude at all. Your employee does have the right to refuse to sell cigerates sir, however there was no reason forthat employee to be so incredibly rude and walk away from this woman and her daughter without saying anything. You should havea word with this employee and I will be contacting corporate office in regards to this unprofessional employee as well. I?m the second person to report this and this is 24 days from the last person that reported. The gauge on the air station is... faulty. I filled up my tires for 35 psi, when I drove off it was reading 45-47. Now had my tires blown, I could have lostcontrol and caused an accident. I called the number for the shop several times and no one answered the phone. Stewart's thisyour notice now. Fix the problem! Read more
No stop sign post on the road you drive into Stewart?s from 711 building , but there a stop sign u drive into 711 building,very... confusing. I almost got hit my someone who driving from 711 building with high speed many time. Did complain with store manageryear ago,but still nothing. Please put your customers on safety first !! Read more
I was promised a promotional display from the store, left my phone number several times and checked back every day since the... promotion started. I was told repeatedly the manager had my number and knew I wanted the item. I asked if I should come by theday the promo ended and was told to come the following morning. To my surprise I went in this morning to pick up the item andwas told by another employee that she was taking the item home. I have to say I'm a little disappointed. If I was told at thetime I asked for it that it was already spoken for I would have been fine with that. Not a big deal about the item just the runaround for over a week. Between gas, smokes and energy drinks I probably spend about $300/week in the store. Sad to say thismorning's visit is going to be my last in that location. Read more
Our FAVORITE ice cream and this store is our definite go to. The staff is friendly and helpful, and not only is the ice cream... the very best, but all their dairy is too (milk, half and half, eggnog, eggs...) We are do fortunate to have them in our area. Read more
