The Latham one in Newton plaza always makes great subs and the girl with the sleeve tats was super nice

My husband and I reviewed the menu and made our picks. When he went to pick them up, he was told they don?t have Rueben... sandwiches, in fact didn?t even know what it was. My Fresh Fit Crispy Chicken was also unknown. They attempted some kind ofchicken sandwich but it was much more soggy and no resemblance to crispy at all. Husband went down the road to another place toget something else. Never had a problem at any other Subway...won?t be going back to this one. Read more
Ordered chicken with ranch and siracha. Got sweet onion chicken teriyaki, with cucumber added as well? Other sub in the order... was oven roasted chicken, got cold chopped chicken. If we weren't limiting exposure due to Covid, I would have brought theseback to the store. This is the second time we've had orders be wrong here so I'd suggest the other nearby Subway locations.
