The delivery driver was horrific. This guy screamed at me because he got lost. I liked the pizza but I'm so turned off by the... staff now I don't think I'll ever order again. I don't normally post bad reviews I'm more of a if you have anything nice to saydon't say it all kinda gal. But something about w hulking man screaming at me didn't sit right. We have never gotten any pizza from here that we didn't like and we've tried a bunch of them. We ordered 6 pizzas for an event... the other night and they were all hot and ready right on time and the kids all complimented the pizza and asked where we got it.The people who work here are always very friendly and willing to help. I called to place an order using a coupon from the 2022 SaveAround Greater Albany book and the person who picked up the phone... said that they would not honor the coupon. He said that they published this coupon without permission. I've been using thesecoupon books for years and have never heard anyone say this before. They have gone way down hill over the last year! They gave me the wrong pizza & raw chicken wings and gave me a hard time about... it like it was my fault. The crust/dough is very clearly not fresh any more. Just all around horrible. It went from my favoritepizza to my least favorite! Beware! (I did not say they did not refund me) not a fake review. I should be able to speak about myexperience without being called a liar. You gave me raw wings & the wrong pizza. Admitted it on the phone! This is not a fakereview! Ordered from here for the 1st time on Sunday, needless to say it was not a good experience. I called because when we received... our order there were no salads or bread included with it, we ordered a baked Manicotti and Stuffed Shells. As you can see fromthe attached picture it states that it comes with these things. When I called the first time to let them know that they weremissing, the gentleman stated that they don't come with those 2 items. Well as you can see it states that it does. So, I lookedat the website again to make sure I wasn't mistaken and after making sure I wasn't wrong I called back. I advised him thattheir website did in fact state that it was included with all baked pasta dishes the gentleman was very rude this time andstated "well it doesn't come with them." I advise this very rude gentleman that they may want to fix their website then tostates this, and due to how rude he was being that I will never order from them again which he replied "good then don't orderfrom here" So that was the 1st and the last time I will ever order from this place. response to owner: That is fine that itstill doesn't come with a salad, what about bread? Also you may want to STILL fix your online menu when you order online. It'snot the point that it doesn't come with a salad it's how you or your employee speaks to paying customers. We love Vintage pizza! Their dough is soft with just the right amount of chew. They always put on plenty of cheese and... toppings, and their square-cut is the best around. Their boneless wings are actually large chunks of breaded chicken breastinstead of cut up chicken tenders (like the lazy way so many other places serve them). To top it off, their delivery staff isalways very kind and grateful. Highly recommend! Read more
Ordered two things, wings and mozz sticks. They forgot the sticks so I called to see if they would deliver them but instead he... just offered a refund. I don't want my money back, if I preferred my money over food I wouldn't have placed the order. I'll takemy business to dominos, a soulless mega corporation is more likely to deliver a missing menu item than a local place. Read more
