I love soft serve ice cream. Don't care for the cone.I just want it in a cup But young servers just can't understand that. When... I ask for soft serve in the cup he kept asking me if I wanted a Sunday.I said no just the soft serve without the cone. He ask ifI wanted a pint of ice cream I said no I just want the soft serve in in a cup. He says ok so that would be a Sunday. I said no ,its just ice cream in a cup. Not a Sunday. "I don't understand" he says. So I said listen, just get a small cup, put the icecream in it, put a lid on it, charge me what ever you think is fair. Can you do that?" The employee are rude with terrible customer service. And service is seriously slow while being late to open by an hour.
Employees seem to Close this lo ation early. Closed at 9:45p tonight but supposed to be open until 10pm. Wasted trip
I am editing my review today. This use to be a good place to go but it is continually going down hill. The last time I went a... few weeks ago I was in the drive thru and they told me it would be a 30 minute wait because they were doing mobile orders firstand to top it off they said they only had KFC food because the A&W food wasn't available due to supply issues. Worst experience ever at an A & W/KFC. First night we walked in and were told ice cream machine for trademark root beer floats... was broken, has been for months, and still waiting on new machine. This despite the posters inside and out advertising root beerfloats. Second night walked in and were told we cannot even order inside, even though the gal the night before took our order.Get your act together A & W. Read more
I been here several times they always have you park even for a freaking hot dog, there's no one time when they ran out of either... fries or the sodas are not working or they mess up the order, poor poor management Read more
