We ordered on DoorDash, so I really only know about the food. I ordered the meat plate combo. The chicken definitely has good... seasoning and I ate it without the barbecue sauce. My second was the sliced brisket. It was very tender. It did need thebarbecue sauce to add flavor, but it's a barbecue place so that is to be expected. My girlfriend had the cue westerner comboand really liked the sandwich and said the Mac and cheese was delicious! Read more
Dishonest and unethical management. I ordered online, paid online, and went to pickup my order. Turns out the electricity was... out for that entire area in Lathrop and they never got my order. Employees were sitting in the dark (literally) and didn?t havethe order (makes sense). I asked for a refund, they tried to call supervisor on cell phone who didn?t pick up. I contactedcorporate via online form but no response. I filed a dispute with my credit card. Management said to credit card company thatthe order was directly handed to me and produced a receipt (surely never signed by me and printed at a later time whenelectricity was back). It?s not worth my time to continue to get a refund of my money. Will never order from them again. Read more
The staff, 5 stars, all day long. The food AND drink, not so much. I have appreciated Dickey's in Laredo,Texas first, then... Mobile, Alabama, and now here, in Stockton/Lathrop, CA. This is my first serious complaint of food quality and I've done SOOMANY REVIEWS. I ACTUALLY FEEL GUILTY to complain. Here goes: The sweet tea tasted like mildew-brew. As a tea drinker, u know thetaste. The sauces? I mean, were those sauces? Straight liquid. The sweet sauce tastes like straight maple syrup, texture is likewater. Huge turn off. His sandwich, hard rock bread. Stale. My half pound of brisket tastes so much like cleaning products I'mfreaked rn, and I can't get the taste, or tingling to go away. I was so happy to finally go to this place to eat. Now I'm outwhatever I spent for this, AND I'm diabetic and super turned off for food. But those girls were so kind, polite, and helpful. Itheir defense, we took our food home to eat. Had we have eaten there I'm sure they would've made it right. It's just so bad I'mmind blown. Rudest manager. Spent 90 bucks and the girl was only filling the containers a little more than half way. I kindly asked her to... fill them up and she did. He walked over and yelled at her telling her to not fill then up, and she told him we asked her to. He rolled his eyes. I can't imagine what he said to her after we left. What a joke! Dude for the price of this "just ok" foodit should be filled up correctly. I will not be back. Read more

What a huge waste of money. No effort in any of the burgers I ordered. It's just meat and a bun. After selecting all the options... for sauce and options on Uber eats, these ppl said nah... Screw you and your money. I don't know why I make an effort to try outplaces like this. Read more
We purchased family meal & as you can see not only was the brisket dry & at least day old it tasted like plastic!! I called... after getting home & informed employee how meat was dry & taste like plastic he initially chuckled & then asked for our order &said the order would be reversed call back in 1 hour after calling back hour later he asked me to call manager following day &he would reverse order the following day the manager said he can?t do that he?s a high school kid & neither can I after arguingwith manager he asked for card # said 1/2 the order would be reversed & here we are 2 weeks later & the order has not beenreversed horrible food & customer service they don?t even deserve 1 star Read more
