The inside services is faster than the drive thru.
On my way home. The drive thru line was very long. Was glad they were open at 9:30 pm for walk in. Got a #2. Satisfying and... made as good as ever. It is so satisfying that the quality is dependable. It took just over 10 minutes for my meal to beready. Read more
My first time coming to In and Out burger, so I wasn't familiar with the menu. The person taking my order was patient and... assisted me through my order. I wasnt prepared at the window either as Id dropped my debit card in the car and couldnt locateit, but the manager and staff went above and beyond helping me and was understanding even in a packed drive thru. It's rare tosee that type of customer service and at a fast food place no less, was very refreshing. My food was hot and perfectly preparedto my order. Super clean restaurant, very friendly employees who kept with the high service theme befitting the 50s motiff. First time at an... In-N-Out, burger was decent. My first order of fries had some moldy blue bits inside, not the brown/black edges you expect fromcertain fries. Sort of grossed me out. Fortunately, they replaced them, though who knows what bits were inside the nextorder. Extremely busy, and therefore incredibly slow. Took about 20 minutes to get my order.
