Their sushi is alright, nothing spectacular, but it's still good, you should check your takeout order before leaving, they... always try to rush me out and when I got home I realized they got my order wrong. 10/04/2022 Update: I tried Mikasa againtoday, it's been almost a year since I've had their Sushi, I ordered the Spider roll and Salmon Sashimi appetizer, total wasamazingly cheap, $21, that's it! But when I brought it home and opened the box I was disappointed, it looked more like a salad,I didn't see a roll just a mountain of rice! This is by far the worst sushi I have had. Rice was hard (for sure it?s not sushi rice they used) and loose. Everything was... bland; from the rolls to the tempura sauce. I have never seen tempura shrimp made like that ( if I didn?t see the tail, I didn?teven know it?s shrimp); and they are not crunchy at all! The only thing I liked was the Ika Wakame. Really good food. I tried the ?The Golden Gate Roll. ? It was adorned with a line of golden fish eggs on top. Looked cool and... tasted even better. Also the had the Beef Fried Rice. It was very flavorful and delicious. Thx. Read more
Came here for lunch to celebrate a colleague's birthday. The food was excellent! The sushi rolls were delicious with fresh... ingredients. Service was excellent as the staff was friendly, attentive, and quick. I wish I could come here more often. It'sone of the better sushi restaurants in the area. Read more
I remember coming to this place over 20years ago and I used to enjoy coming here often. The food was real good then. Now it... seems like all the food taste the same and the rice is a hit or miss because the rice isn?t consistent.(hard,no taste,mushy) Iordered a Bentley boat? it?s literally one California roll covered in imitation crab and tempura asparagus and vegetables withsauce poured all over. Great miso, tuna, yellow fin, eel, scallops, salmon sashimi, and sushi. Very friendly staff clean envious, good selection of... food on the menu. You can?t go wrong with stopping thru, and getting a bite to eat. Read more
