Friendly service, gender neutral bathrooms, nice lounge area, and well spaced tables for sitting a while. We ordered takeout... around 8:30 on a Friday morning, and although the drinks took 20 minutes (except the instantly available regular coffee), thefood came fairly quickly. Fresh and made too perfection
took over 20 minutes to get my drink and it was already stating to melt. when i pulled up to the window i could see 1 employee... just standing around, another was lazily wiping counters while the drive threw employee was taking orders and getting thingdone. Read more
I had ordered a grande creme based Frappuccino. It had coffee. I asked them to remake it. It still looked darker than I imagined... but I wasn?t sure. I went to another Starbucks asked for the same drink, in tall, and as you can see it?s a much lightercolor. This is very upsetting because the grande drink was $5+ that I cannot drink since caffeine would take me to the ER. Iwould be wary when ordering from here if you have dietary restrictions/needs. I took these pictures after seeing how dirty the place was on several occasions. I took a picture of the lobby so I could give... some context to show they were not busy. The manager on duty did not want to talk to me about it. I wanted to show the storemanager what the place looks like most evenings but was never contacted. This store has been extremely disappointing since itopened up. Besides the mess, they seem to be out of stuff all the time. We go to the one across town again unless there isnobody in the drive through. Read more
