I've ordered sandwiches here in the past, and the Customer Service was always just Garbage, and Extremely Slow. Stopped going... here for years. The one time I go back the Service was still Extremely Slow (Because for some reason there is never more thanone person working?) and the Bread that was used for the Sandwiches was Stale and Old, as were the Cookies that were SO old thatthey were harder than a rock and impossible to eat (: Overall super disappointing. I definitely would recommend taking the extra15 minutes that you would wait at this subway, to drive to the Subway location in Kearney. Amazing staff and thefood/ingredients are actually fresh. I assumed I was getting the $5 footlongs. Only to find out at the register they were not participating
Ordered via the app. 20 minute wait time. Sandwiches not ready on time. We come back 30 minutes later and she's just finishing.... Then tells me they were warmed in the microwave & not toasted as requested. Built very sloppily. Wife refused to eat it. 3sandwiches in the trash. Ordered Casey's pizza instead. And I hate Casey's pizza! Read more
I went into this location this evening & had a great experience! Rachel served me & she made my sandwich perfect! It was neat &... she made it exactly how I wanted it. Not to mention, she had everything looking clean & neat behind the counter. Next time I gothere, I hope she is working. Fantastic customer service! Read more
My sister and I went in to the subway at the mule stop in lathrop Missouri. We ordered 6 sandwiches 3 meatball, 1 Italian ,... and 2 Turkey. The only problem we had was the lady wasnt very friendly. She kept looking up towards the other counter. Read more

Live subway. Because this franchise is one of the best. Fresh breads, meats, cheeses, toppings. I visit often. And if you get... their app they week send you discounts several times a week. Read more
