I haven’t been to a Olga’s kitchen in over 20 years, visiting one today in Southfield the staff was Awesome the food was... nice and hot and fresh and our server Brandon was great! Customer service was great! Thank you for making our visit perfect! Read more
Very bad service, very slow to get drinks and food. Order came incorrect twice. And, it took forever before anyone came on the... floor to flag down. Only 3 tables to wait on including us at the time so pretty amazing the order could be wrong! The grilledchicken in the Olga was so rubbery I couldn’t chew it. Do not eat here! Both times that I have gone (once in midday and then, again, in the early evening), there has been a long wait to receive my... order. The 2nd time, I tried to call ahead to shorten the wait time but no one would answer the phone. When I arrived, thedining room only had 2-3 tables being served. There were two (at least waitresses) and one additional front end person inaddition to the guy working the phone/takeout/cash register. I sincerely believe that they are not maximizing use of theirstaff--too many staff persons floating around for an 'empty' dining room whose phone was NOT ringing off the hook. Food WASgreat, though!! Food was delicious, very clean which is always a plus for me.Waitress was nice but the service she provided wasn't the best.
Today I went here for lunch. I walked in and greeted with a warm welcome. I ordered up a cup of the White Bean Chicken Chili. It... was so delicious. I also had the original Olgas. It was yummy in my tummy good. The place didn't seem really busy it seemed alittle slow getting my food. Other than that everything else was perfect. I will becoming back again. Read more
Its been 5 years since I last visited Olgas Kitchen. I ordered a $15 carry out salad today with extra chicken. I received a... bowl of yellow lettuce and no extra chicken. maybe if you are still in business, I'll see you again in 5 years. Read more
