This place literally gets worse every time we go. First they forgot my husband's double stack, then we get home and my salad is... missing everything that comes with it AND toppings I paid extra for. Waited 25 minutes inside the store for 2 singles and fries. All the cooking was being done for the drive thru and I'm left... waiting like my order doesn't matter. I finally called out to the cook, "less talking, more cooking" as there was way too muchchatter when I'm standing at the counter. Waiting, waiting, waiting. Asked to be compensated for my long wait but snottyteenage girl who seemed to be running things didn't seem to get it. Retraining for her. Totally disgusted. Don't see myselfreturning ever. Worst fast food experience of my life. Ordered an extremely simple meal (see receipt). Out of the two sandwiches in the order,... the chicken sandwich didn't show up. So I drove back and complained. They "made it right" by giving me a replacement "sandwich".Get back home again, open up the bag, and it's two buns with a piece of lettuce in the middle. No meat (see photo). Seriously,Wendy's? At first I was pleased everyone was nice to us in drive thru,but I had to go through drive thru second time to collect my... rewards frosty and two workers were nice the third came up and said they were out of frosty's and I lost my reward from theapp.... Went inside right about 8pm. Noone in front of me but drive-thru had 4-5 cars in line. I was taken care of quickly! Ordered to... sandwiches a baked potato and small chili. From time I entered store to walking out was less than 10 minutes! Food was stillpiping hot when I got home. Second visit in 2 weeks with nearly exact order and was very pleased! Much busier my visit 2 weeksearlier bit just as pleased with service time and the food! Way to go Wendy's in latonia! Thank you! And I do grade kinda hardbut I am fair. Highly recommend this store!
