Ordered a whopper with just ketchup and lettuce and got mayonnaise all over the whopper. And Diet Coke and got a Dr. Pepper.... This place messes up orders all the time. For the price it?s ridiculous. Read more
Son ordered and picked up my lunch for me while I was working. All 3 Whopper Jr's were pink in the middle. Called and spoke with... "manager" and was told it happens. And was told to speak with general manager. He said it came out that way. Basically blamingequipment for the raw burgers. Accepted no responsibility and pushed the issue in to someone else. Always a great deal. I enjoy burger king and ???????? i always have. I prefer it to McDonald's because I think the food tastes... better and is better quality. While the service is usually not as good as McDonald's the food is better which counts for a lotfor me. The one in Latrobe is in a great location on route 30 by Walmart so it is easy to get in and out. Read more
Seems that in this day and age, people are quick to take your money but refuse to put effort into their job. We ordered the 2... for 10 big kings... We got some make shift hamburger with more onions than the thin, single round patty of what looks like meatsquished between 2 buns to mimic a hamburger. Very far from a Big King. The staff had plenty of time to prepare fresh food andchoose not to add we were there at 9 pm. Horrible all the way around! Read more
I?m very disappointed in Burger King. As I?m on my way to find somewhere to get something to eat, Wendy?s (their competitor) has... a huge line, Burger King didn?t. So, I went to Burger King (no line). When I ordered my food, the gentleman who was taking downmy order was very professional and polite. Then went to the window to pay and grab my food. As I was waiting for my food, I sawtwo girls (Burger King employees) running around inside playing tag and being very loud. Tag, like seriously. Veryunprofessional. Got my food and left. When I got home and opened the bag that has my food in it. The fries weren?t crispy asthere supposed to be. The nuggets were they very dry. My burger (The Double Bacon Cheese Burger), I asked for ?no condiments?(which I didn?t want any sauce on it) which I didn?t get any( that?s good) but for some reason didn?t get bacon or cheese on theburger. Like how? It?s supposed to have bacon and cheese. I guess the employees don?t know the word/phrase ?no condiments?. Thiswill be my final time going to Burger King. I would rather be in a long waiting line for good correct food than what Iexperienced today. 1/5, very disappointing, would not recommend this Burger Kind to anyone ???? Read more
