It?s 36* outside and the lobby has no heat. I?ve never had to eat at a restaurant with my coat on before. I ordered a double... and got a single, my travel partner got a chicken sandwich that had no condiments and was rock hard. A woman at the counterasked for a manager and was told under no certain terms a manager was not available, would not be available and if she wanted aphone number, she could look it up online. $16 for a horrific ?dining? experience in a frigid dining room. Probably the worst McDonald?s around. First impression while walking inside was a bit of trashy outside front door. Once inside... things kept getting worse. Nobody manning the register and ignored. I got it they are pushing the kiosks. Placed my order withno issues but when it was brought it to me my cheeseburger looked like it was folded in half. Wrapper wasn?t fully covering itand the top bun was folded backwards. Meat Pattie?s were only halfway on the bun. I ordered light ketchup and no pickles but itcame with loads of it and on pickle on the sandwich and another in the wrapper. Chose dine in but came in a brown paper bag. Itappears that this place has no ADULT SUPERVISION on site. None of my requests were taken into consideration and place isn?t wellkept. This is unfortunate since this is a newer restaurant. I think I?m about done with McDonald?s or any fast food restaurant.They can?t seem to find anybody locally that has any sort of pride in their work. I just got back from Phoenix and it wasn?tlike this down there. Perhaps you would be better off with the McDonald?s closer to downtown. Avoid this place if you can. Read more

Stopped for a quick meal before heading to the airport. It wasn't very busy which was a bonus because we were in a hurry.... However, one of our drinks were incorrect, they did not provide the sauces orders for our nuggets, and when I bit into my bigmac the bottom bun was the equivalent of a cruton. The young lady taking my order was wonderful. With that being said, as I was waiting a girl came out who seemed to be a manager... by the name of Ashley. She began berating the young girl right in front of customers. The way she was treating her fellowemployee was deplorable. I can?t even believe they allow someone who would talk to others in front of paying customers the wayshe did. I was so disgusted by it. That poor young lady was doing a great job, and looked very young, and possibly a newer hire.That manager, as well as the people who hired her should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. I think I?m going to report thishigher up, it has bothered me that much. She owes her an apology at the very least. I wouldn?t want someone like that torepresent my company if I were them. Burgers taste old and dry half the time the order is messed up. My last visit the burgers weren't even inside the bun when I... opened the wrapper. Only good for a quick bite when the other fast food drive in are backed up. Read more
This is one of my least favorite McDonald's restaurant. McDonald's is always good for great and fast service but this location... is the exception. Everytime I come in here it seems like they are understaffed and the order takes forever. Most locationswould get a 3 or 4 star but this location cant get a rating that high. No body and I mean no body, can't ever make food that taste like McDonald's. The French fries is definitely by far the best... french fries. I love ketchup on my fries but not at McDonald's especially if they are always piping hot when I get them andMcDonald's french fries they are so good you do not need to eat them with ketchup so need I say more McDonald's food is handsdown for the best fast food restaurant in my taste!!!!
