I got a happy meal and I told them nothing on the hamburger. There was pickels , mustard and ketchup on it and the the fries... where baby fries. There where 5 fries in there. They gave me apple slices and I dont like. They didn't give me an option forapple slices or extra fries. So I went in and bought medium fries. I only bought the Happy meal for the toy. Maybe I will buythe toy and not the meal. I bought the meal for my Granddaughter and she is 18 yrs old. Read more
What can I say. I either wait 45 mins for hot food during a rush or it's lukewarm and stale. They also had no carpets in the... dining area on a rainy day and hidden wet floor signs at the entrance so my son ran in and fell hard. Some runners would benice. I only go there because my children want McDonald's and it's close. Read more
Wow, this mcdonalds is the worst location I have ever had the displeasure of going to. I waited THIRTY minutes in line for ONE... happy meal. The staff in the drive thru took the cars order before ours then made us wait an additional 10 minutes withoutsaying anything through the speaker. I drove to the first window (no one was there) went to the second window and the guy toldme to go back around because he couldnt take my order. I literally placed and paid for my order through the app. I then askedto talk to their manager. He was the absolute worst manager I have ever had the displeasure of working with. He was rude,condescending, and told me that this is a "privately" owned mcdonalds. He wouldn't give his name when I asked for it. He hadlong brown hair and was a total disaster of a manager. He must believe that because this location isnt owned by corporate he candisrespect customers. Absolutely absurd. This all happened at around 7pm. They can come to the counter to tell you to order at the kiosk but wont take your order at the counter. Absolutely ridiculous!... What next? Maybe we will neeed to go into the back and cook for ourselves. Never again Read more
I got in the line at the drive-thru at 10:20 I didn't make it to the speaker until 10:32 and they refused to serve me breakfast.... Even though it was a their fault that it took me so long to get to the speaker. Their fries or never hot and they never get yourfood order correct. The last time I went through they gave me somebody else's order and I didn't know until I got home. I do notlive very far from this McDonald's but I will not go to it anymore I will drive out of my way to go somewhere else. Theircustomer service is horrible and they should be ashamed of themselves. Probably the worst McDonald?s around. When I walked inside was there trash on the floor. Once inside things kept getting worse.... Nobody manning the register and ignored me. I got it they are pushing the kiosks. I ordered a Crispy Chicken Sandwich (which wasdecent) and went to get sauce when I found out you had to go to the register to get sauce, which made sense since people mighttake more than they need. I went to the register and asked for ranch and barbecue packets and they told me that I had to PAY forbarbecue. I just walked right out of there with my food after that because that is ridiculous. I didn?t really care if it costeda dime, I wasn?t going to pay for something you can get for free at most McDonald?s. I would recommend not coming here. Avoidthis place if you can. Read more
