manager with the long brown hair was super rude. got a big thing of fries for me and some friends and we wanted different... sauces. didn?t realize it came with 3 each. saw the manager getting all the sauces together and when she came to hand me thefood i apologized because there were so many. she just replied with ?yup? rolled her eyes and closed the window. i worked atsheetz and the company prides itself on fast, nice, efficient workers. can?t believe they have rude managers there. sorry youhad to do your job and grab some extra sauces from under the counter. I stop at this Sheetz all the time--almost daily, in fact--and have never had a negative experience. Employees are all super... friendly and make small talk. Food is prepared well and orders filled accurately. I've watched one of the hospitality managershandle difficult customers with grace and professionalism. Sheetz is always a staple of any travel expedition you are going on. This Sheetz is up there on ones that are good to go to.... Clean bathrooms and very friendly staff. Gas was easy to get in and out of and large selection of candies and drinks. Read more

Good store. Never had a problem with my order. The only thing keeping my review from being a 5 star is the light they have... illuminating the flag at night is too close to the drive though lane and is often near blinding at night. I'd love to see analternative way to light the flag that doesn't blind drivers. Read more
Every time I have been there I have waited a long time for my food and they almost always forget my sauces. This last time made... me not go back. Waited 10 minutes for my food just for them to tell me they accidentally gave it to someone else so I had towait even longer for them to remake it. Got home and to no surprise, no sauces ( I paid extra for as well). I called and toldabout my experience and the only option they gave was to come back to pick up the sauces. So I drove back to get them. Theyshould have at least offered a free drink or something. Zero customer service skills. Read more
Waited 15-20 min in line for 2 regular milkshakes. When we got them they were fully melted. The worker who gave them to us after... giving them to us basically high tailed it.
