This is one of my preferred Starbucks locations for the area because they more often than not get the order right. There are a... few items on Starbucks' online menu that they either don't carry or the employees are not aware of that I've tried ordering(like the Starbucks Reserve Hazelnut Bianco Latte) and gotten a response that they had no idea what that is. Latrobe, inside and outside tables could use a good wipe down. Outside tables are disgusting with trash from previous days stuck... in fence. Sticky mess on all shaded table, no place to set anything, without getting sticky. Read more

I'm never disappointed with this place. The drink quality is amazing and fairly consistent. The service I've gotten has always... been friendly and upbeat. Great array of choices. Good location. Don't go in the after work rush between 3 and 5pm or there willprobably be a long line. Read more
Had coffee there while meeting with a friend and was surprised how bad the service was and in general how rude the employees... were. After going to some other coffee shops recently other than Starbucks and getting great service coming here to be harassedby poor employees wasn't ideal. The coffee taste isn't great either. Unless one of the people I meer with requests it I wontbe back. Read more
Drink quality very inconsistent?specific directions for customization rarely followed?seems no barista knows what ?warm? means... versus regular temperature. Happy to pay $7 for a latte IF AND WHEN it?s actually made correctly, which is almost never here. Read more
