A hidden gem! a little pricey but worth every penny. Onion rings best in the tri state area. Only ones we we've had comparable... were in San Francisco .Fish sandwich huuughe and delicious. Wedding soup wonderful. Pizza perfect. Cake made in house, fordesert wow! Service could not have been better, remember crowds can affect service. Will be going back to do dinner. Poke on themenu as special! Onion rings and fish sandwich are freshly breaded. Give it a try! Unsuspecting from the outside, to the left a bar and to the right a romantic and bright dining area.
We chose to have our wedding rehearsal dinner at Thirty's so that we could share some of our favorite food with our families.... The small party room is absolutely perfect for 10 - 15 people. Our food was delicious and our sever was wonderful. At one point,the owner came to congratulate us and offered a champagne toast. This place is a must visit if you value good food from goodpeople. My wife and I have stopped for some appetizers and beers a few times and have always been happy with the food / beer selection.... so my wife and I decided to go for dinner to try out some other things on the menu. First of all their house salad was amazingand I absolutely loved the Smoked Gouda Mac n cheese!! We both tried the crab cake dinner. I?m always hesitant to try crab cakessince I lived in southern Maryland for 8 years my bar is pretty high. I can say without a doubt they are the best crab cakes Ihave had to date around this area! First time stopping here and was not disappointed. Didn't see too much of the bar area due to sitting on the restaurant side but... it looked put together well. I'm glad to find a place that focuses on a variety of beer rather than your standard domestics likemost places in this area. Pizza had great taste, sauce was what stood out to me. Hearty and flavorful with crispy crust. Thistype of atmosphere is what should be more around and in Latrobe. 4/5 stars because I thought the pricing was a bit high. Read more
Decent beer selection. Found something new to try. Pizza is great, thin and crispy. Get the sausage on it. Jalepenos are HOT.... Reuben sandwich was huge. Chippers a little over done but not burnt and not over salted, which is all good in my book. Freshcut fries were heavy on salt though. Large salad came in metal mixing bowl and was difficult to eat with it wanting to toppleover a bit. Staff was very friendly and helpful, even the owner stopped by to make sure everything was good. Desserts aremassive. When my dad gets cake, you know it has to be good. I will find out later. Read more
Great little neighborhood bar / restaurant. The wife & I both had salads (deelish!), and she had a cup of chili that she said... was great! Also, a decent selection of draft beer. Read more
