Quality of service seem to have declined since eating here years ago. I found a bug in my sprite (a clear drink) which should... have been caught prior to handling me my drink at the drive thru. Noone appeared as if they really wanted to be at work. Read more
All the employees and manager act like you are a bother for being there. Customer service is non-existent. They started locking... the door so no one else could come in. Manager handing the orders out and you still have to ask for your drinks and cups.Definitely skipping this one next time. Read more
Never again. Went through the drive thru which took over 30 mins. The cashier was just wearing a white t-shirt and everything on... the menu was more expensive then the MC D's 15 mins away. They are a rip off and I would never suggest this MC D's to my worstenemy!! Read more
If I could give this place zero stars I definitely would. The one star given is because the food was decent but the overall... customer service was absurd. My family of 4 were the only ones there and they took a long time to give us our food. Besidesthat, we were missing some food and drinks and they took their time in getting that too. I would completely understand if theywere packed and understaffed but there were many employees there and we were the only ones there. When we went to ask if what wewere missing was ready they had a horrible attitude and kept telling others to get the food done. There was only one lady whorealized we were waiting for a long time and prepared our drinks. If any of the employees are reading this please treat yourcustomers better. Thank you. Read more
There were 6 people working orders for drive thru and dining room which included 2 self serve kiosks. Still some how orders took... forever to come out. From what I could see. A number of people looked liked they did not know what they should be doing waitingon SOMETHING to happen. What? Idk. But this place provides anything but fast. Read more
Clean establishment, staff was very nice, my food was good as was my wife's. My mother in law's Biscuit was poorly made. All in... all a decent place to eat. Read more
