As someone who has worked in the fast food industry I try to always be quick, polite and clear with my orders. Drive thru... experience was horrible. Young lady at the window was unnecessarily rude to me whenever they forgot to put my extra burger in mybag. I noticed it on my receipt and politely asked if it could be added and said "I guess you guys just didn't hear me it'sokay". (People make mistakes) Turns around and makes a rude comment to her co worker,rolls her eyes and rings me up for acombo...so I once again let her know...I just needed the burger. Again, i got another eye roll and rude comment. Totally mindblown because I was so polite! I actually worked at this Wendy's in particular a few years back and it's always been this way soI guess I cannot say I'm too surprised but I try to give the benefit of doubt. They have the drive thru closed. They?re extremely unorganized. The entire dining area is disgusting. They store all they?re... chemicals in the dining room. They can?t follow directions when taking orders then try to blame you when your order is wrong.This place is a joke. A nasty joke Read more
This was the worst experience I've had at a fast food restaurant. I tend to avoid it due to food quality, but it was the only... choice on my trip down to Myrtle. The wait was long, the food was over cooked, and even the soda machines did not work. Uponmention to an employee, they never were fixed. They hiked the prices too, close to $11 for just a ten piece nugget combo. Chickfila would have been the same with much better quality. Truly a tourist trap, I'd avoid it if possible. Read more
Don't stop at this Wendy's. Beverage bar was nasty, they had no tomato's and did not bother to let customers know that when... ordering. I greated the person taking my order with a nice how you doing and was just stared at. Would have been better offgoing to the truck stop store next door. Wendy's has really gone down hill for sure. Waited a long time to get food which was cold. Went to fill my cup with a fountain pop drink the machine was dirty and had... something hanging from the spout where the pop came out of. I left feeling sick do not recommend coming to this Wendy's Read more
Food was good. Service could be much better.
Stopped here and I'm thinking the food probably would had been good, after a long drive and alot on my mind..my issue was the... customer service... advertised open, there opened all night and I appreciated they were, yes.., I know it's the holiday's, and Iwouldn't be here tonght if not for being in route to a specialized hospital in FL, and after driving hours from NC, I knew thiswould be my last meal before being admitted Monday morning...so, we went in requested to order, and a young lady said " if youwant food the computer is down, and it will be a few minutes", so we waited, 10 minutes later, asked again to order, shereplied that the man carrying the Register with money to the office would be out in another few minutes, so we waited... another10mins. we saw him go to the register, the young woman by then she was mopping the floor, doing so as quick as possible, shewatched us approach to walk back in ,,turned off the main light as we entered. we asked again could we now order, they thensarcastically said..the computer was down and no food to be served, keep in mind .this is after close to 35 minutes, so my issueis ... why? Why keep us there and allow us to wait? going back 3 times before saying to us in a unprofessional attitude that "no food being served, and they were closing for the night, and I can say our customer service skills were better than there's, we spoke nothing rudely, said ok,,walked out with no apology given or even a goodbye....I could understand if we hadn't beenmade to believe we could order, we still have another 8 hour drive.. they only needed to say we are closed.. I could ofunderstood, but to be rude, sarcastic and keep us waiting for... nothing..thats wrong, and no, they don't know I'm sick, theydon't kbow that possibly I will not be back here or anywhere for that matter.. for if surgery goes bad???... maybe they shouldthink of the customer, and realize it's not all fun,,at least they can work , they are here..I ma Read more
This continues to be a constant disappointment in every way. It's the only option for miles around but even so, best to just... skip it. Service, food options, cleanliness.. all substandard. Read more
