Love the place. I understand this is the very first BurgerFi store opened and it was looking dated and a bit rundown. Location... right by the beach doesn't help, as many customers are beach goers (messy, sweaty, etc.) But lately it was decided to remodeland you can definitely see the changes. I used to drive farther to another cleaner location, but this one is looking great now.Friendly staff too. Read more
The service is excellent and the food is delicious. It is my 22 year old son's favorite spot. He loves the chili cheese fries.
We ordered a chicken sandwich and the tenders with a side of ghost pepper sauce; honey mustard BBQ and regular BBQ...got... nothing. Had to eat fried chicken with no sauce. The robots not reading tickets and going through the motions sure spared noexpense when stuffing our bag full of mayo and mustard though. Read more
Horrible! Couldn?t finish my meal. The woman?s bathroom had no door on the stall. The place is gross, dirty and the people... that work here have no training on any level for customer service. The only reason to come here is the fact that parking in thearea is so horrendous that you can park in the parking lot and not have to pay for a spot. Seriously the worse hamburger I haveeaten in years. It was half cooked and slimy. I don?t know how this place stays in business. I don?t know who these peopleare that are recommending this place but I would be skeptical. Read more
If I could give negative stars I would. First off we ordered items and never received them, frys were burnt, burger didn't have... bacon despite receipt,wilted lettuce and tomato, sauce added to burger unintentionally along with other toppings, completelyovercharged and manager wouldn't rectify situation, would not give name, and was unsympathetic. Best burger place I have ever been to! We were driving through on vacation and starving. This place we happened upon. We... lived the open front where the breeze could blow in. The employees were so friendly and knew what they were doing. Chickensandwich and burger was great along with the family frie. Don't leave here without having a key lime concrete with the frozencustard!!! Best key lime dessert ever!!!! Read more
