This is truly a European/Italian restaurant. Not to be mistaken with Italian/American. Not that there’s anything wrong with... Italian/American. I’m a avid wine collector and a chef who’s inspired some of the best restaurants in NJ and here inBroward County. It’s rare that you’ll find a gem like this here in America. We all try and hope to find them. I havecertainly been fortunate enough to have found this amazing restaurant. They prepare food with the European mentality that,“Less is More”. That’s what makes the food in Italy memorable to any one who has ever visited Italy. This amazingestablishment has brought that lovely, fresh, and delicate culture of Italian culinary arts, here to Ft Lauderdale. We had dinner last night at Ciao Ammore for the second time. It was delicious! All of the ingredients are fresh which reminded... us of cafes in Italy. The daily salad was dressed perfectly, very tasty and not heavy. The raviolis were great. My husband gotthe carbonara for the second time because it was so good. The wine was nice also. The service was excellent! There were only twotables in the whole restaurant that did not speak Italian to the owner. We will definitely return. Read more
