The worst domino pizza I ever had. I ordered two pizza?s, the first one was glued in the middle and could not get a piece. The... second one, I order extra chicken and garlic sauce , but I had instead a couple of pieces of chicken and no garlic sauce. I?m sodisappointed and from now on. It will be pizza hot or any other pizza company but no dominos. I called to speak to someone andwas on hold for more than 45 minutes. Called the corporate office but no one picked up. I normally don?t have an issue with placing orders at this dominos and picking it up but I placed a delivery order a little... after 6 pm when I checked the tracker online at 733 pm it was showing that the order was complete and delivered I try to callthe location which I stated on with no response for 42 mins which I had then pulled up to the store with the phone still holdingfor someone to answer so I could show them. I asked about the delivery and if the driver could be contacted which they seemedreluctant to want to do but he texted the driver and was told I?m the next delivery I went back home and waited 20 mins just fornothing to still be delivered i then went back to the store at 915 to request a refund and the guy was saying he would make itagain but I couldn?t wait as I had somewhere to be. DO NOT DO IT, ORDER YOUR PIZZA FROM ANOTHER STORE. After placing my order online and waiting for 2 hrs, and calling more than 6... times without an answer. I decided to go to the store to see what was the hold-up. I spoke with herpes-of-the-mouth-lookingKlayton with the sores at the side of his mouth, who told me the phones don't work, it's my problem for ordering from them, theydon't give refunds and that's the time I have to wait to get the delivery that I paid for. His nonchalant attitude stopped shortof giving me the middle finger. Additionally, he told me if I had any further issues I should go and take it up with corporate. I ordered over the phone , order number 3125 I ordered a large cheese and a large Italian sausage with pineapple and green... peppers. Due to medical conditions I had a family member pick up the pizza for me. Once the pizza was dropped off to me i wascharged for two large and received two medium. They look small to be honest. I?m calling to let them know my order is incorrect.I?ve been on hold for over 40 mins. My kids are having a sleep over and it wasn?t enough for everyone to get a proper serving.I?d like to be compensated for the inconvenience. Read more
This place is horrible bryana can?t run this store correctly. I had massive bubbles in my pizza which left it tasting dry.... Didn?t help that it took an additional 20 mins for a driver to pick up my order. The wings was extremely undercooked and missingsauce on majority of the wings. The only good point of this experience was that the driver was good at communicating to makesure i had my food delivered. Janiesha was very helpful and professional letting me know what the deals were. I will be honest I was a little scared coming... here when I saw the ratings and phone lines were busy.but these days everything has been mobile and many businesses have beenshort staffed, so I understand. But the ladies there were very nice and patient. It's very clean. With how busy it was one ofthe employees named janiesha was still very polite and patient. Pizza was hot, fresh and correct. So called Manager Clayton is rude. I waited 15 minutes past the pick up time and did curbside. No one ever came out. I went... inside and no one apologized and made excuse that they don't see the car info while my car info is printed right on the top ofthe receipt they gave me. They handed me a burnt pizza and he refused to refund starting the store has a No refund policy. Iasked for it to be made over and he said no, I would have to pay. It's too bad I can't post the pic in here for all to see. Iquestioned the poilcy and her blatantly ignored me while making pizza for a customer whos order was accidentally taken by thedriver. That store is a hot mess. Never again. Will definitely be taking this up a notch until I get my refund. Justbeware!!!!
