Had a Great ???? experience Last night ???? The nicest and best Female Manager ever at that Location. Keep up the good work ????... ????.. For Tonight I can't say the same for this other Lazy Manager with a Rude Attitude. She's so lazy she don't even want toscan my rewards this is like the second time I had to deal with Her . I just went to the checkers closest to my house and it's sad to say that the night assistant manager was extremely... unprofessional and extremely rude. When I had a coupon on my app she asked me why I didn't do it at the machine. I asked if itwas okay that I had it with me. What made this most frustrating was this was the worst checkers experience I've ever had andI've been going to checkers for over 10 years. Very sad checkers maybe you should look in more into your employees and the waythey represent your company. Food was amazing! One if the best burgers I've had in a long time. The chilli cheese dogs were really good as well...BUT...the... most incredible items are the "funnel cake fries"! Those are a MUST TRY if you haven't before! Read more
Didn't even get to order. First off, the intercom was broken, and when we drove to the window, the ghetto, unprofessional... cashier told us to drive around again to the broken intercom to place our order. This person had no knowledge of what it is tohave customer service skills. I highly recommend that Checkers the franchise train their employees to be better when come downto customer service. I arrived at 4:11am. They close at 5:00am I ordered my food with the automated system. Then drove to the window, the employees... saw me and kept working. I thought they were getting my food together. But after waiting 20+min they turned off the lights andnever mentioned to me they was closing earlier. Even though 3 employees saw me at the drive thru window waiting. There was acar behind me that was also waiting for their order and one person at the walk in window. Got called a n word and the manager on duty took her phone out and tried to illegally record me against my will after I refused... to take food from her since she cussed me out for asking can my order be made to order. The managers here are too good to be atthat place and believe they have the right to mistreat their clientele. Disgusting. Read more
The service was super slow and one of the employees charged my card for the wrong order. I had to wait an extra ten minutes just... to get a refund for the wrong order and to swipe my card a second time for the right order. In the end, the employees wereextremely nice to me and apologized for the inconveniences. The food was great though! I tried the mango slushie and I loved themango pieces that were in it. The mother cruncher chicken sandwich is super delicious, I would recommend it. Read more
Always very nasty and if you ask for fresh food they will refuse to give you fresh food and give you whatever has been sitting... in there all day. You wouldn't believe how nasty and old this food is. I have been to multiple checkers restaurants and they arevery satisfying but this one refuses fresh food. Read more
