Unfriendly staff. The girl that gave me my food ignored me when I asked her a question. She also gave me my food as if it was a... dirty underwear. Finally, when she handed me my food, she also gave me my credit card at the same time, meaning she sandwichedthe bag, credit card and receipt together, which I almost dropped it since I didn't know. I stopped at this location because it is literally across the street from my hair stylist. Not too busy and service was good.... Unfortunately the taste of the green tea was horrible. Good for a quick bite when on-the-go. The food slightly picks up the hint of aerosol or surface cleaner, which somewhat lingers... in the air, and I presume is used to sanitize the restaurant at night. Its kind of like that highly-frequented, conveniencestore tinge. However, it is prepared fresh and overall good quality. The drive-thru is definitely much faster and efficient thanordering inside so just keep that in mind. And of course, the coffee and doughnuts are good. Read more
I visited on Thanksgiving day around 1 PM. I ordered two bagels and two donuts. It was about $7. I requested not to have... light cream cheese and to be sure it was enough to cover both half of the cut. A bagel was scantily covered. I gave thebagels back and said that I am willing to pay more to have a regular amount of cream cheese. The clerk took it back and saidthat it was going to be $1.59 more for the cream cheese. I handed her my card, then she said it was would be $2.09. That wasfine. When I got the bagels back one bagel had a regular amount. The other was still very bare. I was disappointed. I just want to add my humble review about this particular Dunkin Donuts. I?ve lived in this area for over 10 years now and I?ve... been to this establishment many, many times. Honestly, I?ve never had a bad experience. Everyone has been professional andcourteous. Employees are always smiling and helpful. Some have even made food for me that was no longer on their menu and Inever wait long. The drive thru is quick as well! They recently renovated and it?s gorgeous! It?s Always clean and the ceilingto floor windows allows the natural sunlight to shine through making it bright and open. They have a lovely conference roomthat you can rent and a decent seating area. Plenty parking available. I really enjoy this Dunkin Donuts! Read more
If this is the Dunkin at Welleby they are always quick & efficient & have the best snacking bacon, occasionally it may be too... cold or burnt but usually good. Read more
