This place has a sign in the store advertising three dollar medium brown sugar cold brew iced coffee when you go in there to get... it it rings up at a completely different price of over four dollars and then they tell you they don?t have it and the sign isstill out this needs to be corrected? waste if time Read more
I ordered, a avocado toast with roasted/toasted tomatoes. I got What looked like watery small tomato chunks that comes from... the can that you buy at a supermarket. I buy avocado toast with tomatoes almost every single morning if I have time Before I gointo work, and I have Never in my life seen Anything like that before. The response I got from the young lady who made it saidthat's all they got???? So I definitely asked for a refund. And wasted my time. O yeah And this was my 2nd time at thislocation, comma the 1st time the gentleman at the window clearly looked like he didn't want to be there and clearly his serviceshowed, and then today Was the 2nd time and definitely the last. But there was one guy in there that did apologize about thesituation hes not the 1 that served me today or anything and the other lady that gave me my refund so They were very nice aboutit and apologetic. I frequent this Dunkin every week. Everyday I order the same thing. They do it wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. Without fail. I order... slowly and repeat it. It?s always wrong. So I get to wait in line for 30 minutes and even taking their time they can?t figure itout. Order: Medium iced caramel macchiato with sugar and extra shot of espresso. Small iced caramel macchiato with sugar. WhatI got: There?s no caramel. There?s no sugar. Or espresso. I paid for all of it. But they just don?t do it right. This is a cupof milk with a squirt of coffee in it. Then they NEVER give you a receipt so you don?t bug them. Done with this location. Read more
Very slow, not customer friendly, it took me 15-16 minutes to get a coffee (cappuccino). Drive through is Little bit faster as... it's monitored on computer, They didn't do my order correctly, i asked for a small cappuccino with sugar and maximum hot,received , large one, without sugar barely warm. As if they wanted to do all opposite. Good job. Lol. When I asked if they canmake a little bit harder and add sugar then it took another 5 minutes to get back to me ( with a negative attitude as if thesepeople hate to work there. Read more
