These employees went above and beyond for me on August 19, 2022. I placed an online order for this place Or so I thought. My... order was to be ready at 7:40pm. I arrived. Waited, waited. Watched ppl get their orders. Still my order not ready. I askedproviding the time and showing email confirmation. Long story short, I ordered from one business, (S. University)but needed itfrom another (Commercial & University). I was soo embarrassed. I went to leave to the other place but they offered to make myorder saving me gasoline and face with my sons who will never let me forget it! Whether you order in person or delivery this location is basically guaranteed to get your order wrong. I ordered through Uber... eats and I specifically called to say please read the notes. I asked to speak to a manager to make sure my order was correct. Iexplained my order has been made wrong the last few times I ordered. I said if my order would be wrong I?d be contactingcorporate about this location. The manager made my order. And guess what. They STILL got my order wrong. After all that theystill got it wrong. It?s mind blowing. I asked for tomatoes on my sub. Didn?t get that. I asked for my sauce on the side. Didn?tget that. I asked for my sub to be double toasted in the notes and they made a note on my receipt saying they can?t doubletoasted it because it will burn the bread. I?ve gotten my sub double toasted for years and it?s never extremely burnt kand sowhat if I do like my bread burnt! Give the customer what they ask for! They ignore all my notes and leave a note next to theone they intentionally didn?t give me. This place is terrible! Will never return to this location. This review is not on the food? that?s a 5 star? this review is on the overall experience specific to my needs. I do a lot of... lunch meetings for medical offices. Most National chain restaurants have reward programs and online ordering? so does firehousesubs, except earning the rewards sucks. I tried placing a LARGE order (25 pp.) After 25 minutes getting everything into thecart, I was sent to delivery dudes and had to sign up through them, forfeiting all reward points. Rewards are only for dine inor pick up orders. Back to the ease of use of Panera or corporate-caterers for my events where rewards are given no matter howyou get your food or who delivers it. Stopped by today on my way home to grab a bite. They greeted me as I entered...welcome to firehouse. I tried the medium turkey... bacon ranch sub and it was very good. The cashier gave me the recommendation and it was really good. The manager and young guythat made my sub were awesome bc I had some variations to my sub order. Great service. Great vibe.
