Probably one of my favorite places to get patties. They are always flaky and flavorful. The neighborhood is rather questionable... but other than that, it?s worth it. You have a great snack/meal for under $10. Highly recommended to me by friends and Idefinitely recommend to anyone looking for good patties in the greater Fort Lauderdale area. Read more
Patties are always fresh and piping hot. The flakiness is incredible and reminds me of the same Hammonds patty back in Jamaica.... ???????? Wish this place was in NYC. My children looooves patties and they appreciate this one a lot. It's just sad that lastyear, my mom was there with us and she enjoyed this patty. This year I had to bury her. When I come from Connecticut, I like to stop at Hammond bakery in Lauderhill. I have always loved their chicken Patties.... Recently bought two Pattie?s with coco bread and the patty was so soggy and it fell apart. The meat tasted off. There was noseasoning and it tasted like it had soap in it. Had to throw them out. Speaking to others, they say that it is a hit or misswhen buying Pattie?s from Hammond Bakery. Very disappointing. Read more

I honesty have not been here in a few years. When I moved from the area I totally forgot it was near the other patty store.... Stopped in and bought a few spicy beef patties and I could not get past the one because it was huge as well as filling. I didnot have dinner and ate this at 11:30 am. It was very good and fresh and a very flaky crust. Only thing is that it was a bitoily. Other than that it was very good.I guess I will be visiting more often. Also while I was there a cop gave a ticket to afellow customer because she decided to park in a handicap space and had no permit. I assume those are the most expensive pattiesshe ever bought. I remember when Hammonds was my favorite bakery for patties and the last 2 times I was really disappointed with the taste of... the meat/filling and I must say today is my last. I bought 6 patties and brought them home and nobody ate a whole one we wereall disappointed. The crust was perfect but the meat out of 10 I would give it 2. The filling was so watery and the taste was sooff now I really understand what another customer says its a hit or miss nowadays. You guys need to get back the good old tastesof the good eating Jamaican beef patties. Read more
