I waited in line for 35 minutes. I ordered the fil-o fish and a large coke the chubby short cashier was going to give me a... medium fruit punch . I said no it was a coke with light ice as he added more ice to the drink, I told him I wanted light ice .He said they are all with heavy ice and gave it to me . I ended getting Dr Pepper instead . I hate go to this location, but its near to my daughers house. Always its something with the food. Custumer service its sooo... bad. And then if you ask for any manager to resolve the problem they give you areally nasty actitud. Read more

I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and my order came very burnt I mean black. It was obvious it was burnt but I guess they... were in a rush they made my food Which is unacceptable. My fries were stale. My son got sick and thrown up the food. They needto be more aware of what are preparing the Customers and make sure the food is prepared properly. This place is an embarrassment to the name McDonald's. The kiosk will take an order but you cant pay and then it locks you out... of the others. The counter is a disaster. They told me the app code is invalid. That's after waiting ten minutes to order andfinally waving my arms to get someone's attention. You have to fight your way thru the homeless people to get in the door. Ifyou go to drive through the same homeless folks will stand out there and scream at you. This place needs new management with constant in-services on taking orders properly, customer service and they never have ice... cream. My order has been screwed up so much that after my last 15 minute wait in the drive thru and receiving an order with 1sandwich missing the meat that didn't order. I laughed so hard because the employee looked at my receipt twice and I still gotan order I did not order. DUN! Read more
Their App has several deals and combos. Less expensive then prices on the menu. Along with a Free soda or French fries and many... more. The one catch. Only only one deal per visit. Works for me Read more
