I would give them 5 stars, but the customer service isn't the greatest unfortunately. I was at the counter and there were 4 or... 5 girls standing there giggling and talking to each other, and I wanted to ask them a question about their baked goods, but theywere ignoring me for a long time. Only go here because it?s the closest bubble tea shop near me. Around 1pm they run out of most things. The owners needs to do... better job at inventory because this is unacceptable for an establishment that opens at 11. This is happens almost everyday.Coming here on my break is a waste. It?s a disappointment when I?m trying to support smaller businesses and the staff is reallynice. How can a bubble tea place run out of tapioca pearls within a few hours of opening? Read more
I had no idea Paris was a chain but when I went here I found out it was! It's smaller than the other location bit still pretty... cozy and easy to move around in and has that good bakery feel to it and is very clean inside and out! Service was polite, quickand nice to talk to, no problems there! The desserts I picked up were a creampuff, white chocolate chip cookie, sweet butterstuffed bread and a slice of red velvet cake, all of which were great! No complaints, aside from being smaller this Parisbakery is just as good as the first I visited! It's so hard to find a bakery with fresh French pastries. I'm glad Paris Morning is available until 11pm. They serve great... coffee and the place is nice and cozy. I just would suggest to tune the volume of the music a little lower. Read more

So before this place became Airi Bakery I had no problems with the bubble tea but now it's too sweet, bad serving, horrible... employees with bad attitude and I didn't do nothing wrong so that's a ???? for me it also has this weird foam on it so I'm sorrybut I will not be back until they change the people ????.
