It was a crowded Sunday evening, drive thru was overflowing. The parking lot is small and not well suited for a lot of traffic... so I parked in the lot next to the restaurant. For the amount of ppl waiting inside I'd have to say they handled it pretty welland the wait was not obnoxiously long. Prob won't order the rice and beans or coleslaw from this location again, rice and beanswere bland and the coleslaw didnt look fresh. Maybe that's how it's supposed to look but I chose to be cautious and discard it. I like to see what the inside looks like before ordering and it seemed pretty clean. To be honest, I understand customer service is top priority but when someone just comes in after people have been waiting.... Doesn't mean they can just get a bypass just cause they know someone there. The wait is pretty long as it is since managementcan't seem to figure out how to keep stock in stock. Read more

I ordered a 6 pc tenders meal with 2 sides please the pics my sides were in a tiny cup with ONE scoop of mac and red beans and... rice literally ONE SCOOP! This place is a complete mess now! I can honestly say I am totally not a fan of the overhyped spicy chicken sandwich, I've tried it 3 times and every time it was... salty and flavorless. Also hate the fact that the dirty rice came off the menu that was one of the reason why I truly keptreturning. The mashed potatoes is always good so that never disappoints. Honestly I only really get the spicy chicken stripwith the sweet heat sauce everything else is jus okay to me. The line at this location is always long soo I really don't thinkthe wait is worth. Absolutely Gah-run-tee-U; that you will receive above industry standards in customer service, well seasoned quality food, and... compared to other fast food fried Chicken restaurants in the area, you get quantity with quality for your money. This particularlocation can have a car line with 20 or more cars, 4 or 5 rideshare companies waiting to pickups orders to deliver, and anintimidating line inside for counter service and I don't know how they do it but they process their orders at Warp speed. Onthis particular night, it's 10:00 p.m.-ish. starved out of my brains, I choose a variety of items to sample. And when theballots came in, EVERYONE of my choices is a smash hit. Been here a few times and every time it?s been good! It?s a busy place, so food is always fresh. Staff is nice and... establishment seems to be clean. Only feedback I have is that I?ve not seen unsweetened tea on the counter. I usually do halfsweet half unsweetened. No big deal as I?m mainly there for the chicken ???? Parking is easy too! Read more
