My order was late and it had hair on it
The second time the order was wrong or incomplete. I ordered 30 wings and a small fries. The blu cheese and celery is ala carte... to a total of $7.00 then when we get all the way home, blu cheese is missing. The last time those happened I just went without.However, this time I went back for it and when I walked in they said "it's just blu cheese, what's the big deal?" Really. What'swith the attitude. Ordered online ahead of time. Came in and had to wait on three people from a different group of people that walked in because... they (the patrons) were being rude and impatient. My food sat on the shelf the entire time while I waited for THEIR food to bedone so they didn?t complain when I got mine. Kind of defeats the purpose of ordering online. It said 13-18 minutes and I waitedabout 40 because they didn?t want to hear them complain. I also had to go back in to ask for my drinks, and then remind the FOHpersonnel what my drinks were three times. The food is good but the location and professionalism is underneath the barrel.
