Terrible experience. Food was mediocre at best. Service was horrible. We waited 15 minutes before our waiter came to take drink... order. Frankie was amazing and welcoming but our server Dwayne was horrific and very rude. While eating my soup that came 45minutes later, I almost swallowed a huge piece of plastic. The waiter didnt even apologize when I showed him. I got my glass ofwine I ordered an hour later when the manager finally came to speak with us. Waiter Dwayne should work somewhere like McDonaldsbecause he took this fancy restaurant 4 star atmosphere to a NEGATIVE 5 STAR. NEVER AGAIN. Read more
Truly a horrible experience - worst meal this entire trip. To start we were required to pay a 20% gratuity and could not split... the bill. One person had to pay and then collect from everyone else. Okay, we had a group of 8...it's policy. We understand,didn't like it but understood. Service was so slow with no apologies! If it had been just me and my husband we would have walkedout and believe me, we are not complainers normally. My friend beside me ordered a glass of chardonnay. She did not ask foranything special. Checking the bill later it was a reserve that cost $13.00. Glasses of simple chianti were $10.00 apiece. Myhusband's calamari was overfried and tough. He couldn't even chew the stuff. My cioppino was truly the worst I've ever had. 5clams, 2 shrimp, 2 scallops and 3 of the largest mussels I've ever seen artfully arranged in a marinara sauce. Everything wasovercooked and tough. I will be lucky not to get sick tonight, the mussels smelled and tasted off. Dreadful! Not going backthere to eat at any time in the future. Read more
Went there with high Hopes of treating my wife on the Vday, reading the reviews and seeing past rewards. Unfortunately turned... out to be mediocre experience. No complaints about service, although we reserved a river view table and got a sidewalk view.Then the neighborhood rock n roll country band kicked in and was disturbing enough to ask to be moved. About the food, breadbutter good, Brusheta salty, salad dressing thick, thick, thick. Ordered a bowl of spaghetti & meatballs although it was removedfrom the menus, they abliged. Recieved linguine instead, no big deal.no extra charge for the pasta. Chicken parm was about asyoud expect. Unfortunately the lobster tail which was bragged about came to me tough, rubbery, and reminded me of how I muchprefer crab, or just keeping the money in my pocket. Great atmosphere, very attentive, and delicious food. A must if visiting laughlin. Enjoy!
If you want excellent food, this is the place you want to go to. Are server was Ann-Marie, spot on with service. Very relaxing,... always is.Dinner was of course very, very good. We love eating there. Peaceful ???? Read more
