Very nice! Beautiful setting and great food. I had the crab cake (native Marylander here) and it was really good. Came back with... friends a few nights later and had the short rib which was absolutely delicious. A dining partner had the lobster mac and cheeseand loved it. The serving size was so large that she took about 3/4 of it home and figured it would last her 3 more meals. Read more
I should have done this review long ago. I was staying at Trap Pond and came to Laurel to do some banking, I thought I'd stop... and have a beer at the bar,no intention of eating. The bartender gave me a menu with my drink. I asked how are your shrimp andgrits? She said they will be the best I've had. First time here and super impressed!! Food was delicious and staff was wonderful. Great view of the river with outside... seating. Inside is tastefully done and has a classy but casual feel. Ate here while camping at Trap Pond. Only 14 minutesaway so we'll do this again!! Read more

First timers here. Can I just say "wow"? This place is amazing. This place runs like a well oiled machine. The food was amazing,... seriously, try the NACHOES! Couple girls singing some tunes during dinner on a Friday night were pleasing to listen to. Verygood. Too hot to sit outside but it looked beautiful by the water. Really good food, welcoming atmosphere, and friendly staff. We were coming to Trap Pond and got into town late, so we needed a... place to eat. Having our dog with us complicated matters, but the staff at Abbott's was wonderfully accommodating, evenbringing water bowls for the dog. We will definitely be back! Read more
