Every time I come into this location, the customer service sucks. It's takes forever for someone to greet you, get your order... taken, and receive your item. I waited for a small coffee for over an hr once. I only waited because I already paid and the teammembers on duty that day didn't know how to do refunds. Smh! Read more
This place is completely filthy! I mean with Covid going on, there should be an encouragement to help keep your environment... CLEAN and germ free as much as possible. They only had 4 flavors of ice cream. The place is filthy.
I visit this location today , the gentlemen took my order while getting my order together, 2 young lady enter the store he get... distracted and he messed the order up. When I tell him , that is not what I want, he has an attitude and said he will have theyoung lady help me . I then asked him what is the issue. He replied that there is no issue that we can?t get along so he willlet she help me which she did and she did an awesome job and get it right.? thank you young lady.? As for the young man customerservice job isn?t for him . The owner should consider replace him if they?re serious about customer service and making money.Would not return to that location. Read more

The precious time they were out of regular cones. And this time theywere out of the banana split dish so they make it on a cup. It?s not the fault of the employees. They just work with what theyhave.
