My visits have been to Laurel Corridor and Silver Spring west tech village corner. The service is great. Both locations are... organized. Food was amazing. The wait was relative fast, considering the lines. Tech road doesn't have a drive thru, but plentyof parking. Read more
Although the line was long, we got through the drive through quickly. I was a little disappointed they gave me an original... chicken sandwhich; instead of the spicy one I ordered. . .but, it was eaten anyway (too lazy to return to location or to calland complain - wasn't worth my time). Just ordered delivery and this is how my food arrived. Medium fries with just crumbs filled halfway and my milkshake came in a... small cup (there is no size option on the app they automatically sent a small). The prices are much higher when you orderdelivery and they intentionally give you less food. They think they are prioritizing in person customers but I am the samecustomer who frequents the store in person, just so happened to order delivery because I don't have a car right now. Customer service today was extremely poor. I waited outside 20 mins for my order and when I finally decided to go in the... restaurant it took another 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge my presence. I?m trying to figure out why you have 6 staffmembers on break at the same time. It should be staggered. Read more
I should have believed the bad reviews. This is, without a doubt, the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. I ordered curbside... delivery (parked in slot 8) in an attempt to beat the lunchtime rush as I am on a limited lunch window. After waiting in myassigned slot for over 20 minutes, watching countless cars get their food before mine, I went inside to the take out counter toinquire about my order. I stood there waiting to be helped for about 10 minutes. I initially thought it was because they weretoo busy to help me, but the cashier sought out and helped 2 customers who entered the store and got in line AFTER ME! Thecashier finally got to me and I was frustrated by this point. He was in a blue shirt so I'm assuming he was a manager? Iexplained my case and shortly after the food runner came to me with my food. She had the audacity to tell me that I wasn't inthe parking lot when she checked. THE APP LITERALLY WILL NOT PROCESS YOUR ORDER UNTIL ARE PARKED CURBSIDE!!! I asked her if sheSPECIFICALLY checked slot 8 as specified in the app and she replied, "I checked everywhere".. I saw this lady give people theirfood in the lot. She DID NOT have an extra bag of food in her hands and she DID NOT come anywhere near my car. I wouldn't havegone inside after waiting for 30 minutes if she had. When you make a mistake, own up to it. I would've at least accepted thatbetter and not type up this long review. But, to blame someone else for your mistake? In front of your boss?! That took me overthe edge. It took everything I had to not lose my mind at that point. It goes without saying that my grilled chicken sandwichwas room temp and the fries were flat out cold since it was just sitting there. This Chick-fil-A gets a star taken off for being in a terrible location. The drive-thru line usually blocks the traffic for... people trying to get to other stores in this shopping center and it's one of the only places that hasn't been remodeled to havemultiple lanes although there probably isn't space. I rarely order from here, because there is another store about 10 minutesdown the street, but I do Door Dash and it's kind of a hassle to park. No complaints about the food, you just have to put in alittle extra work to get it. Read more
I've had a good experience at this location! Employees are kind, the line moves relatively quick, the food is delicious as you... expect. It is congested as are most Chick-fil-A's. I recommend parking across the street when it's packed and getting yourorder inside if you're in a rush. Read more
I give this Chic-Fil-A a 3 because of the food. You will roll the dice on a hot breakfast sandwich from this location if you... eat on the go. Compared to the team on Baltimore St. I always have to check the bag here and there is always something missing.I've also had nuggets and fries on look warm. I've never had a bad engagement with staff. If they keep the food fresh ,hot andaccurate it's an easy 5 stars. Read more
