great kids arcade. very clean, recently remodeled. giant video screen has replaced the animatronic stage and characters. the new... music and videos are better. the atmosphere is loud. the kids always have fun. good for birthday parties for young kids. Read more
I was recently here for a bday party and I was totally surprised at the condition of this place. I think I missed the sorry... we?re under construction sign. However, the staff was super friendly and the pizza was good. The carpets just freaked me out. Read more
I drove 3½ hours from New Jersey just to see the 3 stage animatronic show and I wasn't disappointed. I have never been to a 3... stage CEC and the animatronics and the concept unification are interesting to me. I got there around 12PM and stayed for a fewhours, ate some pizza, and recorded most of the shows. I will definitely come back once more this summer. Read more
Great experience had a great time place was clean wasn?t too packed. Food came out fast hot correct kids had a great time I love... now that the tickets go to the card and you don?t have to worry about keeping track of them. Extremely disappointed in the conditions of Chuck E. Cheese an the staff. You have to ask the employees to get up from the booth... so you can buy something or just come in the door or try to leave on at least 6 occasions and we were only there for 90 minutes. Also it is a joke the check in check out process they said take a selfie of your family but didn?t care that the picture thekids face is not facing at all. Also there was only one other family there an of three people the only game my child likes isthe one with clown you throw ball in mouth or any where you throw the ball in something and both of those games were blocked forit to be sanitized but when asked about it they didn?t feel like turning it on right now so then we left took the food weordered in Togo stuff an went to play ground poor kid was bored . When we were up by the prizes of course no employees on thebooth open to all is a box of tacks scissors and stuff the employees were using many hours prior I never seen anyone touch thetable once in 90 minutes. Also on the banister was a hammer my child who is two actually grabbed off the table before I couldgrab his hand . That is how I first found out about it thinking benefit of doubt I will see maybe it was only for a minute theywould clean it up and never did ever . I have pictures and videos. Read more
I like this place bit but I have three reasons, first reason is bad service when I go they just have like 2 people working,... second reason is the animatronics are not talking for example hellen, pasqually, munch, and jasper they don't open there mouthjust chuck e. cheese and I asked a lady she said they are already like that ???? my kids were disappointed we went 1/2/2021January ,third reason is they are still in Christmas stuff for example the christmas songs, same clothes from Christmas. While not the worst experience one ever had, I am hesitant to say I'll ever visit this place again. Upon arrival it took over 35... mins to get the table cleaned, and over an hour to get the food, because our pizza was given to another table. Service islackluster at best, and the arcade machines are often broken. Prices are high even with coupons, considering what's offered.Dining area remained unclean for well over two hours... Read more
This location has upgraded alot over the past few years. It was a slow day which was perfect for me and my son's visit.
