Tito helped us today. He remembered my order ?Cake Batter Batter?? Normally it?s pretty busy and the wait is longer but... yesterday was a great experience there. He was very personable and made conversation and he made our order correctly. We willback as this is the one we always go to. Ice cream great but service sucks. I felt very rushed . We were the only ones in the store . Why is it 79 cents for extra... toppings each . I know prices have increased but are you serious 79cents for 10 more pieces of M&M?s. Read more

Ice cream is always great but the service was just terrible. Never going back there again. The 2 girls working there made me... feel like going in there was a mistake and I had to pay the consequences. I asked her what was wrong with her and she replied,"I don't have my contacts on". So I guess her forgetting her "contacts" was everyone's fault. Nothing screamed more, "I hate myjob and hate you for making me work" than her...! Read more
The word bothered would be an understatement for this store. You walk in and you would think you walked into the wrong place.... Very unwelcoming vibe for a ice cream parlor. I also feel like for the amount we pay to come you should be a little friendly tous customers children and adults. They could use some customer service managing here. Read more
