I placed an order online and somehow after 30 minutes my order was cancelled. I called the number for the store and no one picks... up. When I call another number the operators who take online orders over the phone transfer me to the Baltimore ave store and noone picks up. I am due a refund. This is the worse service ever. I?ve ordered from dominos in other cities and laurel is theworst. Do better. Read more
The staff here is good however higher management is not. Need to hire more workers or risk losing this location. Three people... working is not enough to fulfill the orders. On top of that you want them to do delivery which is all but impossible with therise in gas and vehicle maintenance. CORPORATE YOU ARE DAMN SHAMEFUL. Read more

Man, I love Dominios pan pizza but this location always messes up the sauce. If you ask for regular sauce, there's almost none... on there and the pizza is dry. You ask for extra sauce and its WAAAAAAY too much and the pizza is soggy. It's really weird. I'mgonna stop ordering from this location cuz I never know what I'm going to get. And the delivery drivers don't read deliveryinstructions. I live in a basement apartment, I ask them to bring it to the basement door and do a contactless delivery and theygo to front door and knock loudly which is the literal complete opposite of what I asked for. Two weeks ago I ordered a SALID and the Asian Guy said the Salid people did not deliver any. He said we would get a CREDIT. We... did not. I just called the Store after ordering another order this week, and your people don't even know how to give a credit. Hire someone smarter, or correct your ordering process. Read more
6/4/2021 - STAY AWAY & Do not patronize this Dominos location. Ordered 2 pizzas with light cheese on one side. The pizza was... prepared with no cheese on the one side of each ordered pizza. Horrible service & this was the 3rd incident at this location. Myopinion is to select another Dominos location. Read more
I went here today and I didn?t catch the Man name that gave me my order but he was a heavier guy (not being rude) and I believe... he was Hispanic, he might have been the manager on duty today 11/17/22 at 5pm. He was very polite and patient because for somereason wasn?t card wasn?t working, my pizza was also made very good. Read more
