One of worst dunking doughnuts ever been to use to b good till the older woman retired and was never the same I ordered a ... cookies and cream drink over priced like all dunking however I received a cup of chucked ice that wouldn't even fit thru thestraw and for that 1 drink n 1 wrap I waited well over ten minutes ne other dunking doughnuts I go to would only take less than5 minutes I will never go here again and would not recommend you to either side note they have ridiculous amount of birdsdumping on cars in there parking lot smh look at the pic and remember this was after I chewed half the ice and had cup for overa hour and a half and still have this gigantic chunk of ice in the cup of drink I payed 6 dollars for they don't deserve ourmoney Read more
Bad customer service! The server yelled at me when I asked for bathroom code. Better spend your money at Starbucks where they... treat u better. I am paying 5.35 for a medium Matcha latte. Bad choice to start my day. Read more
This location does the worst with Mobile Orders pickups. I swear it?s better to just order when you get there and still hope... they get the order to you in time. I?ll never return here. Read more
Love Dunkin but this location needs more people. The guy behind the line was doing his best and was doing a great job at that.... We didn?t even end up getting coffee because we didn?t want to add to his work load. Literally didn?t see anyone else in theback or anything. 5 stars for the guy 3 stars for the company. Had a quick stop for breakfast and it was an average experience. Worst customer service ? they were just not interested in... business. We had 5-6 guys ordering and they were so impatient to take the order .. Coffee was like hot water . I asked them toadd more coffee or add a shot (for extra money) but they wouldn?t do it. . Hash brown was ok . Tomato pesto sandwich was toodry. I asked them not to put cheese and they added it . Wil never go back to this Dunkin outlet . Read more
This is THE WORST Duncan's in the local Laurel area when it comes to delivery. They 3/4 times ALWAYS leave one of my omelette... bites orders out of the delivery bag.
