If I could Rate it 0 stars I would! Worst customer service ever! The tall girl with colorful braids who prepares the drinks has... terrible attitude. So rude for no reason. Smh she needs to find a different job that doesn?t require customer service. You guysneed to train your employees. She doesn?t even know how to make basic drinks they?re all watered down smh!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced! The fat lady at the window didn't make my drink good. We just asked for extra... cream then she started shouting at my sister and slammed the window on her. If I could give a 0 star I would. This Dunkin has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. I did not even... want the food after speaking to the young ladys in the drive thru. I parked my car to go inside to speak to the manager andthe young lady whom said she was the manager was worst then the young lady in the drive thru. Love everything about it .. The young Asian girl at the window is the sweetest , their store is also very clean and only takes... them less than 5 mnts to get my order ready . I visit this place 3 times a week literally and they always have fresh donuts ,muffins unlike the other DDs in the area . This location is the best ???? ! Read more
Tbh some of these girls working there are not trained to be in customer service. Sometimes they are the first people you see in... the morning. No good morning. No how you doing. No have a nice day? Or even take care when they hand you your things. But mybiggest issue with dunkin right now is their lids. They don't fit the cups properly. So you try to drink your coffee and it endsup all over your shirt. God forbid you wear white that day. Read more
Had a quick stop here for breakfast and it was good . Lots of space inside to sit and eat . Service was quick . And very helpful... employees. Parking was tight . Not much of space outside . Loved the tomato pesto sandwich . It was really crispy and amazingflavor . Hash browns were ok . Coffee was good. Overall a good experience.. Read more
This is a nicely located Dunkin, but I have been there more than once now and there has always been an issue with my order... (especially when ordering through the app). Either they don't have the item (common items, not anything special) or theycompletely mess up the order/disregard the order instructions. Like others mentioned, the drive thru is a bit slow and theworkers are not moving with a sense of urgency for what is supposedly deemed fast food. Read more
