I ordered way in advance and the food was still not ready. I was disappointed in the pineapple chicken which had huge chunks of... barely done onions and green peppers. I wanted a small order but the lady said they only have large (I find that hard tobelieve) Honestly just by the appearance of the inside, I should have walked out. I have been going here for about 3yrs at least once a week. I have had nothing but great food. I have had to wait a couple of... times during peak hours for about 30-40 minutes. Nothing unsual for peak hours and again just a couple of times in 3yrs. I don'tknow why all the negative reviews. Judge for yourself. Read more
I received 2 dinners and paid my fee and went home. I looked at my receipt and realized I was overcharged. I did not go back... because it was a holiday and I did not want to destroy my festivities for my overcharged money but they have been suspected ofthis before. I don't think I will be patronizing them anymore due to dishonesty. Do your customers honest and they will return. Read more
I was in a pinch and this was on the way. The lady was nice and patience. I got the shrimp lo mein dinner combo. And a spring... roll. There was a ton of veggies but they seem old (like they were prepped and sitting in the fridge for days) and were kind oftranslucent. It did not taste fresh. Same goes for the spring roll. There were a ton the petite shrimp. The flavor is okay butmissing something. I’ve had worse and this could have been worse. For the price point, I got what I paid for fair??????? Ordered over an hour ago. When food hadn't arrived after an hour I called and was put on hold while they "looked into it". After... 7 minutes on hold I hung up and called back. Was told my order was already in the car and it should be there shortly. After wegot out food and opened up, found that all the rice was missing. Now we are waiting for our rice to be delivered...an hour and30 minutes AFTER placing our order. Food is just typical chinese takeout. Nothing special. Strongly advise not ordering fromhere. There are plenty of better places in the area. EDIT: Over 2 hours later the delivery guy delivered our rice. I told himthat I didn't want it at this point and wanted a refund on our order. I had to call back and the girl on the phone who said itwas coming right away told me that it hadn't left the store yet. I told her I wanted a refund at this point and now am workingon that since she said nothing could be done on her end. I will NEVER EVER order from this restaurant again.
