Went here for the third time this year to get a Veteran's Day Meal. Customer service was always squared away. They are really... fast here, and they went over and beyond. Will definitely keep coming here....that employee named Logan needs to get a raise orpromoted!!! He is fast, he cleared that lunch hour rush out today like a real boss. Read more

Came in to get pizza and there was still 20 minutes left before they closed and the second I stepped in, I got yelled at that... they were closed. Which they were very much open still and the door was unlocked and I told her that they shouldn?t say they?reopen on their door or have their door unlocked then, which the female worker then continued yelling multiple times again thatthey were closed until I left. Lost a customer. Read more

So I requested for my pizza to be cut in squares and the cashier acted like i asked for something foreign. Said they don't cut... the pizzas in squares. Started offering me the deep dish and thin crust which makes no sense BC you still cutting them intosquares.. When I told him I wanted the regular pizza cut into squares...he said OK. When it came time for pick up I can hear himand a female worker talking about my order. He tells her I wanted it squares she questions him. He comes out with my ordersaying they cut it the regular way anyway. Am I annoyed?..yes I am. First little Caesar's that acted like cutting a pizza intosquares was so complicated to do. All the others I gone to have cut it with no problems and if they "accidentally" still cut itthe regular way, they always made another one the way I asked and offered something for the wait. 2 stars because At least thepizza was hot. *editing to add second pic* Since when y'all stopped asking names? He really put dreads ... Read more

Let me start by saying this Little Caesars is usually pretty good. Pizza is ready on time, everything is pretty much as you?d... expect from a cheap pizza place. However, this is the 2nd time we?ve ordered the deep dish pizza and the dough is raw. Perhapsthey should rebrand it as ?Partially Prepared Pizza.? If you?re bored, or if you need something to do, you can order this pizzaand cook it in your own oven for 20 minutes. Or ?Hot and Not-So Ready?? I don?t think Gordon Ramsey would like this pizza verymuch.. because.. you know. In all seriousness, it?s pretty gross and eating uncooked dough can make you sick. The texture atfirst makes you think it?s really weird cheese, so it?s easy not to catch it and eat the whole piece. I actually ate half of apiece the first time this happened before I realized it was raw. I?m assuming it?s because it?s thicker than their other pizzasand they may just throw it in on the same setting when it might need to cook longer. So yeah, just watch out and make sure yourpizza is cooked. Read more

It's been a few months since I stopped in any LC for a HNR. First, its 55 cents more. Second, it wasn't ready and I had to wait... 10 minutes. (Time on receipt until time I took picture.) So I'm not exaggerating. Third, I asked for a sauce since I had towait, the manager denied that. I asked for some napkins, they didn't have any. Finally, when I opened the box, it wasunderbaked, flat crusted with big bubbles of air dough. -----LC is trying to expand with multiple toppings, stuff crust, andcreate your own...but you're not keeping the basics straight. Next time, I'll spend the extra $1 for Papa's and $2 forDomino's.
