The food is usually hot & fresh, but it's the rats for me! I was at the drive thru, I paid for my food and then got to the pick... up window just to see 3 little mice. That's disgusting and I know it's not much they can do to prevent it outside the buildingbut unfortunately it's still a bad representation of the business. More frequently than I'd like, their Moca Frappe machine is either BROKEN or DOWN for cleaning... No way of knowing this until... I've been in a line of 7 cars and it's my turn to place my order.... Now, I've got to wait for those in front of me, who havegotten their orders to drive off so I can LEAVE and go to another McDee's (usually the one on Route 1 where I've NEVERencountered this MF (Moca Frappe) problem...
