I used to visit this location regularly pre Covid , however this was the first time I’ve dined in since then. I want to give a... huge kudos to Vanessa the bartender. Her hospitality was fantastic, despite having to make so many drinks. She remained devotedto her bar top and ensured we had everything we needed, while checking in on us regularly. I came into this establishment expecting a delicious and well cooked meal , but didn’t get that instead I got served raw pork... and when I spoke with the manager she stated that they usually have timers to cook the sausage with but to me that doesn’tsound right because a timer is not the same thing as putting a thermometer through the food and checking if it’s cooked to theserving temp that it should be so I don’t know how it is that she got her manager skills approved if she can’t even adviseher kitchen how to check their food properly. At the end of the night all I got was an apology and didn’t pay for anythingwhich I didn’t even eat anything from the meal so it should’ve been free because who will eat a dish that potentially isalready contaminated. I could’ve at least got a gift card because I left right after the incident do to loosing my appetiteand feeling sick. Read more
