I came into this establishment expecting a delicious and well cooked meal , but didn’t get that instead I got served raw pork... and when I spoke with the manager she stated that they usually have timers to cook the sausage with but to me that doesn’tsound right because a timer is not the same thing as putting a thermometer through the food and checking if it’s cooked to theserving temp that it should be so I don’t know how it is that she got her manager skills approved if she can’t even adviseher kitchen how to check their food properly. At the end of the night all I got was an apology and didn’t pay for anythingwhich I didn’t even eat anything from the meal so it should’ve been free because who will eat a dish that potentially isalready contaminated. I could’ve at least got a gift card because I left right after the incident do to loosing my appetiteand feeling sick. Read more

I used to visit this location regularly pre Covid , however this was the first time I’ve dined in since then. I want to give a... huge kudos to Vanessa the bartender. Her hospitality was fantastic, despite having to make so many drinks. She remained devotedto her bar top and ensured we had everything we needed, while checking in on us regularly. Excellent customer service. Mari our server from the Dominican Republic was absolutely fantastic. She will make your experience... at this place remarkable and she's just a server not a manager. Her knowledge of the menu is next to none. Please keep an eye onher cooperate... She is a gem... Her customer service skills and satisfaction is a 10/10 period! I was just at this location again with my family. The food in general is always good but today was different since out server... made it so special. Rose went above and beyond. We have been at this place many times and never had been so satisfied with theservice. Rose made us feel super comfortable and welcomed. She made my daughter really happy and even gave us a fresh sup totake home. We were going yo take the leftovers because my daughter loves it and it’s all she eats every time we go. It doesn't have enough stars for the service I had today at the restaurant. My experiences with the Olive Garden restaurant... were terrible, but today I was surprised. Service, food, space and everything else were wonderful. I was attended by Margarett(maybe the name is wrong) but she was wonderful, polite and attentive. Thanks! Place is beautiful and really clean from the inside. They have a lot of servers working which makes everything go really smooth.... The unlimited Salad is now $9.00 ???? but overall the food is beyond expectations. Delicious Alfredo Pasta! Time we’ll spendhere. Read more
