Great food. My Victoria's steak was delicious. I ate all I meant food was really food this happened few weeks ago. One of my... favorite place to dine out Updating my review from 5 star to one Sorry! On 6/01/2022 I walked in with my daughter for dinner.Appetizer good. Bread good. But when they brought my Victoria's steak the mix vegetables it made loss my appetite. they weresmelling, rotten vegetables. They acted as though they were cooking other ones but they were same ones back on different plate.They brought back another for third time but definitely I was getting sick on top of the brought the third ones tasting rottenolive oil. This is one of my favorite stake places. However, this time around maybe because of Mother?s Day we didn?t have such a... pleasant experience. We waited 45 minutes for our food once we order. My wife?s stake was supposed to be well done because shedoesn?t like seeing any red or pink in her stake. It came out rare. My mother order a potato soup and it came out extremelycold. My meal came with macaroni and cheese and I never got it. I was offered the macaroni as we were living for which I said,ok. And I got billed for it $2.00. We wanted to celebrate Mother?s Day with a good meal but it didn?t turn out. My wife andmother were not happy. To top things off most of the male waiters were wearing their pants half way down their underwear?scould be seen three inches down. None of us were happy with that as we had our meals. Read more
Several issues with the order. Chicken was swimming in oil. Broccoli had seen better days. The plate was hotter than the potato.... Dirty silverware. Managing partner, Tony, and GiGi, we?re fantastic. They made it a positive experience and took immediateaction to try and provide a solution. I?ll be back. Read more
Very disappointed, got disrespected by server and manager. Will never go there again. Steak was horrible, chicken wings were... good. Very bad drink mix. Server forgot our soup and decided to disrespect us by saying how $6.99 was not such a huge deal (to aperson making 6 figure +). Very bad attitude (also looking and smelling high) and acted busy in a very slow restaurant. Avoidserver Carlos if you can unless you want to be humiliated. He did this to me in front of my wife and all customers listeningaround in front of manager as well. Horrible experience. I hope ownership will review camera and avoid employees like this. Visited this Outback location for the first time and enjoyed myself. Tammy, restaurant manager, introduced herself and was very... friendly and pleasant. Our waiter, Joanna aka Jo, was absolutely wonderful. Like 5 stars, wonderful! Great attitude, attentive,and responsive. She went above and beyond and didn't miss a beat.
