Yeah so I went to pickup my order that I placed today. I instantly noticed that they don?t wear gloves nor hair nets. I mean... aren?t you suppose to when dealing with food? If I could do -50 I would. This place is ALWAYS horrible and never has enough staff but TODAY! The FIRST DAY OF SUNDAY NFL AND... THEY HAVE ONE WORKER!!! I ordered the smallest thing CHESSE BREAD IT TOOK AN HOUR AND A HALF!!!! Bless that solo employee heart(hope he quits) and all the patience he had! Terrible service. I ordered a pizza and wings at around 7:30 PM, and the guy came and forgot the wings. After he went back to... get it, he never came back. I called the place to cancel the order and they never picked up. And also, those wings areEXPENSIVE. They costed more than the pizza. Read more

Horrible service. Ordered online eta was 49mins. Online tracker said 14 - 24 ins. Waited another hour called to get an update... rep on the phone said it was delivered and it never was. He then connected me to the actual store. They said give them 10 moremins explained I have been waiting over an hour I decided to cancel the order. Called back rep on the phone said could I waitanother 5 mins. Ask for my refund it?s been long enough. Explained how long it will take be put back on my card then hung up onme. 2/27/2022 the reviews concerned me but it appears to be delivery issues. I ordered pickup again and pizza was on point.. ... 11:45am and ready in 15 min for pickup. Ordered a pizza and delivery estimate was 45 minutes, however, after an hour and some change had passed I called to check the... status. I was told 5 more mins. After 15 additional mins the driver stated they were outside. They were in a differentneighborhood next to me, so I gave them instructions. Pizza never arrived. Today was our second time ordering from Papa John?s in over eight years. I would normally just deal with fast food issues but... today, the customer service was particularly aggravated by our presence in picking up our online order. The chicken we orderedwas very disappointing and the medium pizza was much smaller than domino?s medium pizza. The taste was great but despite thenumbers online (which we calculated and compared to Dominos), the real thing was really a let down. Not to mention the chickencounted as ten pieces but three of the ten were almost all breading and had less than a centimeter of chicken inside. Sad to saybut we won?t be going back. We had a bad experience last time too but since it was for kids, we looked over the experience andsaid ?let?s try again?. We used to be faithful to Papa John?s, then went away from them for personal reasons, then came backwith high hopes but the reality is, it?s just not what it used to be.
